Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is in discussions these days about his personal life more than his films. The actor has been at loggerheads with his wife Alia for a long time now. Everyday a new update keeps coming out regarding the ongoing court case between the two. Sometimes Alia writes messages to Nawazuddin on social media, it is reported that the actor wants to meet his children at the earliest and is even ready to withdraw his petition to do so.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has told the Bombay High Court that he only wants to see both his children and if that happens, he will withdraw his habeas corpus petition. The actor’s lawyer said the children were missing from their school in Dubai and Nawaz was unable to trace them. This was the reason why he filed the habeas corpus petition. Nawaz hasn’t met his children for a long time and is worried about them. If Aaliya allows him to meet the children, he will withdraw his petition.

While Nawaz’s lawyer defended the actor, his wife Aaliya’s lawyer Shikhar Khandelwal said, ‘This petition was infructuous as when it was filed my client was living in the actor’s mother’s bungalow with both the children. . My client is ready to settle the matter. But when she was staying with the kids at the actor’s mother’s house, how could it be that she didn’t know where the kids were? He is free to meet his children. Can meet anytime, but he himself is not meeting them.

While there is a lot of tension going on between Alia and Nawazuddin, Manju Garhwal has lodged an FIR against the actor’s wife making serious allegations. Making serious allegations against Alia, she said that she had borrowed lakhs of rupees from Manju, which she is not returning now. Manju said, Alia had borrowed Rs 50 lakh from my parents four years ago to make the film. Now even after so many years have passed, she is not taking the name of returning the money. Aliya had borrowed Rs 27 lakh from my family.
