Nandini Gupta from Rajasthan has been crowned Femina Miss India World 2023. Along with them, Shreya Poonja from Delhi became the first runner-up, while Thounaojam Strela Luwang from Manipur was crowned the second runner-up.Nandini, 19, hails from Kota, one of the country’s biggest coaching hubs for engineering and medical aspirants. Beauty with brain who holds a degree in Business Management, Nandini is dedicated to take on challenges and succeed.
The 59th edition of India’s most prestigious competition was held at the Indoor Stadium, Khuman Lampak, Imphal, Manipur. The star-studded night was graced by the dashing Kartik Aaryan and the gorgeous Ananya Panday with their presence.Former winners, Sini Shetty, Rubal Shekhawat, Shinata Chauhan, Manasa Varanasi, Manika Shyokand, Manya Singh, Suman Rao and Shivani Jadhav also gave their performances. Adding further entertainment to the show, Maniesh Paul and Bhumi Pednekar enthralled the audience with their performances.
The gala event saw several rounds of fashion sequences which showcased beautiful winners from 30 states showcasing traditional attires by Namrata Joshipura, Rocky Star and Robert Naurem for trends. The States winners interacted with the jury panel and answered their questions with great confidence.The state winners were judged by an elite panel comprising Femina Miss India Universe 2002 and mentor Neha Dhupia, boxing icon Laishram Sarita Devi, renowned choreographer Terence Lewis, film director and writer Harshvardhan Kulkarni and eminent designers Rocky Star and Namrata Joshipura.Contestants from all over the country fought for this beauty pageant. Contestants came from representatives of 29 states (including Delhi) and all union territories (including Jammu and Kashmir) in this competition. , which included 30 participants.
